The first 10 clinics or hospitals that start by 31 October 2026 and then continue lock 20% off for 24 months — about ₹38,400 saved per Connect location and ₹72,000 per Connect+ location, before GST. After those 10, the list rate applies. A booking does not hold a place.

Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Both Hally Connect and Hally Connect+ include 21 days free with no fee upfront.
When do the 21 days begin?+
When Super Admin starts the trial at go-live. Creating the organisation does not consume the trial.
Do we pay a setup fee or a paid pilot?+
No. There is no setup fee and no paid pilot charge to start.
How is billing calculated?+
Hally Connect and Connect+ are priced per clinic/hospital location, not per doctor or user. List monthly rates are ₹7,999 and ₹14,999 + GST / location. Annual is 10 months of the list rate, then 20% off, and does not include the October lock. Internal team capacity may still apply.
Who gets the October rate?+
The first 10 clinics or hospitals that start the 21-day trial by 31 October 2026 and then continue. Connect locks at ₹6,399 and Connect+ at ₹11,999 + GST per location for 24 months. Booking a review or submitting a form does not reserve a place. After those 10, the list rate applies.
Are WhatsApp charges included?+
Meta WhatsApp usage charges are billed separately unless the proposal explicitly includes a usage allowance.
Is Voice included?+
No. Voice is an add-on on both products and is enabled by Super Admin. It is not included in ₹7,999 or ₹14,999.
Does Connect include the full clinical chart?+
No. Connect is WhatsApp, the desk, and the OPD queue. The chart, nursing context, and care inbox are on Hally Connect+.
Does Hally replace our HMS or EMR?+
Connect does not. Connect+ includes the clinical/EMR capabilities already in the product and can sit alongside existing systems; deeper integrations are scoped separately.
Can Hally provide medical advice?+
No. Hally is not a diagnosis or treatment system. It shares clinic-approved information, runs approved workflows, and escalates relevant conversations to staff.
Can we cancel after the trial?+
Yes. If Hally does not earn its place, you can stop without an upfront software fee. Ongoing monthly plans follow the signed agreement.

Hally Connect does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency triage. Patient-facing content and follow-up workflows must be approved by the healthcare provider. Sensitive or complex responses should be escalated to authorised clinic staff. Voice documentation is an optional add-on, not included in either list price.
