Terms of Use
These pages describe how Hally is designed to operate. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Contact hello@gethally.com for a formal DPA or counsel-reviewed schedule.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the Hally marketing websites and, where applicable, evaluation access to Hally products operated by 7Unit Softwares Private Limited.
Paid deployments, pilots, and subscriptions are additionally governed by an order form, pilot agreement, or master services agreement between 7Unit and the Customer. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial agreement prevails for that engagement.
2. Who may use Hally
Hally is offered to healthcare organisations and authorised staff (clinicians, front-desk, administrators). You represent that you have authority to act for your organisation when requesting demos, pilots, or paid services.
You must not use Hally for unlawful purposes, emergency triage that requires licensed emergency services, or to provide care outside your professional authorisation.
3. Accounts and access
Customer administrators are responsible for provisioning users, assigning roles, and promptly revoking access when staff leave.
You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of clinical content, approval of patient-facing WhatsApp scripts and follow-up journeys, obtaining required consents, and complying with applicable healthcare and data-protection laws.
Customers must not upload unlawful content or use the service to harass patients or staff.
5. AI-assisted features
Certain Hally features use AI to assist documentation, structuring of notes, suggestions (including commonly used medicines or alternatives where enabled), briefings, or message drafting.
AI outputs are assistive only. They are not a substitute for professional medical judgement. Treating clinicians must review and approve clinical content before it becomes part of the medical record or is acted upon. See the AI clinical disclaimer for detail.
6. WhatsApp and third-party services
WhatsApp journeys depend on Meta WhatsApp Business services and may incur separate Meta usage charges. Availability and delivery of messages are subject to Meta’s platform rules and network conditions.
Integrations with billing, pharmacy, laboratory, PACS, HIS, EMR, or other systems are provided as configured with the Customer and may depend on third-party APIs.
7. Intellectual property
7Unit and its licensors own Hally software, branding, and documentation. Customers retain ownership of their patient data and organisation content.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
8. Disclaimers
Hally does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency services. The platform supports administrative and clinical workflows; care decisions remain with licensed professionals and the Customer organisation.
Marketing pages describe product capabilities that may depend on plan, configuration, and rollout stage. Features may evolve.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the marketing site and evaluation environments are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7Unit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the marketing site or evaluation access.
Liability for paid Customer deployments is as set out in the applicable commercial agreement.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the Laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed Customer agreement.
