Hally

You have paid for patients before. Most never reached the chair.

Ads, an agency, a telecaller, boosted posts. The enquiries came and the OPD did not move.

In 30 minutes we show you where they went, using your own numbers and your own Google listing, before you spend another rupee on media. We call it the GRR Growth Review.

Media runs from your own ad account. Our fee is at risk against a floor we agree on day 14. Never a revenue share, never a per-patient fee.

Sound familiar?

What we heard on our September calls.

From clinics and hospitals across India. Pick two or three. That is where the review starts.

"We tried three agencies. Every report was about posts and reach."

Nobody reported the number that matters: patients who attended.

"The leads come, then they never pick up."

Or they are from another city, or they ask the fee and bargain.

"I answer every enquiry myself."

Between patients, after 9 pm, and the ones you miss have booked elsewhere by morning.

"Google still shows the old clinic."

A move, a second listing, a wrong category, a call button that dials the wrong number. Ads sent people to a broken front door.

"We have years of patient records and nobody calls them."

The cheapest patient to bring in is one who already trusts you.

"The advice stays in the room."

The follow-up, the procedure, the test. It depends on the patient remembering.

A typical month, before anything changes

Of 100 enquiries, about 15 come back.

An illustrative pattern from the OPDs we speak with. Not your numbers. Those come on the call.

  1. 100

    Enquiries

    Ads, Google, referrals, walk-in calls

  2. 70

    Answered in time

While the patient was still interested

  3. 45

    Booked

The rest went quiet or went elsewhere

  4. 35

    In the chair

    After no-shows and postponements

  5. 15

    Came back

For the follow-up or procedure advised

Where the other 85 went

And before any of these: the enquiries that never came, because the listing was wrong or the page did not load.

  • 30Never got a timely reply
  • 25Replied, then went cold before booking
  • 10Booked and did not show
  • 20Were advised a next step and never returned
  1. Searching

    Found someone else first

  2. Enquiry

    Waited until morning

  3. Appointment

    Went quiet before booking

  4. Arrival

    Booked, then didn’t show

  5. Consultation

    Advice stayed in the room

  6. Treatment

    Next step never booked

  7. Follow-up

    Nobody followed

  8. Return

    Never came back

Growth isn’t only getting more enquiries. It’s losing fewer patients you already earned.

Three things were usually missing. None of them was the ad.

1

Nobody fixed the front door first.

Wrong category, duplicate listings, an old address, a dead booking button, hours that changed after a move. Every campaign paid to send patients to it.

2

The wrong scoreboard.

Leads, clicks, reach, posts. The only number that pays a salary is a patient who physically attended, from a channel you can trace. That is the number we agree on and report every week.

3

Nobody owned the 30 minutes after the enquiry.

The doctor was the receptionist. The lead replied once, waited, and went quiet.

Every OPD loses patients at the same three points.

Before they book

Enquiries that wait go elsewhere. The night message, the second reply, and the lead who was only gathering information.

Fixed in the first 30 days

Between the booking and the chair

A booking is revenue only once the patient is in the chair. Reminders, reschedules, and the desk that day decide who arrives.

After the consultation

The visit ends. The follow-up, the procedure, and the review do not have to depend on memory. A patient who returns costs nothing more to acquire.

What do the patients who don’t come back cost you?

Use your own OPD, not the illustration above. This is an estimate from the numbers you enter. It is not recovered revenue, and it is not a quote.

₹1,63,800/ month, illustrative

About 69 enquiries a month waited too long, illustrative

This calculation doesn’t include procedures, diagnostics, packages, or treatment revenue.

The Growth Review

What happens in the 30 minutes.

  1. Before the call

We research your Google listing, website, and ad footprint. We bring one finding, taken from your own page and compared against your own page, that you can verify in ten seconds.

  2. On the call

Ten questions, in order. Your four numbers: patients a day, consultation fee, enquiries a week, and your goal in patients a day. You get the price the first time you ask.

  3. The same day

A WhatsApp note with what we heard, the finding, and the next step.

  4. Within the week

A written 90-day plan on one page, with the rest of the findings behind it.

You fund media on your own account. We prove the result.

  • Days 1 to 14 are a baseline. On day 14 we set a monthly floor in writing, in your unit: attended first visits, attended tests, or attended high-ticket consultations.
  • From day 15 our fee is at risk against that floor, every month.
  • Media runs from your own Meta and Google accounts. You keep the account, the history, and the learning if we part.
  • We never take a share of revenue or a fee per patient. The medical conduct rules bar fee-splitting for treatment, so that structure puts your registration at risk while the agency carries none.
  • After 90 days: continue, move to a lighter Maintain tier, or stop and keep everything built.

The monthly fee is stated on the call the first time you ask, and it is the same number for everyone at your size.

When the OPD fills, Hally runs it.

Hally sits under your WhatsApp number, the front desk, the queue, and the follow-up, under your hospital's brand. Most clinics start with the Growth Review and add Hally Connect once the intake is more than the desk can hold.

The review is taken by the people who will do the work, not a sales team. I have spent 19 years building software and operations for healthcare, fintech and enterprise teams, and 7Unit runs its own campaigns for its own products before it runs yours.
